•     Attend weekly trainings  
•     Study provided tax prep materials  
•     Handle basic returns (W-2, EITC, etc.)  
•     Communicate professionally with clients  
•     Submit returns for review if needed

You will receive 50% of each return filed under your name. Payouts are made within 48–72 hours of client payment.
